Agency Growth and Acclaim: Under Phil's stewardship, his agencies expanded from a team of three to over 100, earning a reputation for balancing creative flair with commercial acumen. This journey includes securing over 200 industry awards and achieving a ranking within the Campaign top 50 by financial performance and top 5 by profit per employee.
Impressive Client Portfolio: Phil's leadership saw the successful management of high-profile clients such as WKD, Lucozade, Sharwoods, British Heart Foundation, Alliance and Leicester, and Jewson.
Strategic Leadership: Phil played a pivotal role in the full sale of his agencies to the AIM-listed Mission group, continuing as CEO and contributing significantly to the PLC operational board. His expertise was crucial in transitioning the business into the TMMG network.
Non-Executive Roles: As the non-exec Chairman of Chapter, Phil’s guidance was instrumental in positioning the agency for a successful sale, marked by consistent profit growth and an expanding roster of clients including Virgin, Nissan, and Bentley.
